At Photodova, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a simple and straightforward return and refund process, designed to give you peace of mind while shopping with us.

1. Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased from Photodova if they meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Non-returnable Items: Some items may not be eligible for return. These include:
- Opened software, memory cards, or other electronic media
- Gift cards and personalized items
- Items that show signs of use or damage
- Products purchased from a clearance sale or special promotion (please refer to individual product listings for specific terms)
If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will gladly accept the return regardless of the condition.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email at info@photodova.com or call (360) 691-0378 within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Packaging the Return: Please securely package the item in its original packaging (or equivalent) to prevent damage during return shipping. Include all original items, such as manuals, accessories, and any promotional items included in the shipment.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
- Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: After we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable or the purchase was made via a gift card, we will issue a store credit for the refund amount.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team. We can assist you in processing an exchange if the item is in new, unused condition and returned within the allowed time frame.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to return the product at no cost. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund, send a replacement, or offer another solution depending on your preference.

6. Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can still return it for a refund according to our standard return process.
7. International Orders
For international customers, please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Return shipping for international orders is also the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
